1. What WheelTheta is

WheelTheta is a subscription research tool. Every weekday it applies a published, rules-based model to several hundred liquid US names and reports the candidates that scored highest for cash-secured puts and, for shares you record, the call nearest its target delta that is struck at or above your net basis. It also tracks positions you choose to enter and tells you when one reaches an exit condition you have set.

2. What WheelTheta is not

WheelTheta is not an investment adviser, a broker-dealer or a financial planner, and nothing it publishes is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or to adopt any strategy. Its output does not account for your financial position, tax situation, risk tolerance or objectives. It is general research and educational material, published to all subscribers alike. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make. See the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

3. No trades are placed

WheelTheta cannot execute, modify or close a trade. It has no connection to any brokerage, requests no brokerage credentials, and reads no account data. Every order is entered by you, at your own broker, on your own judgment.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for everything done through yours. One account is for one person; do not share credentials or redistribute what you see. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.

5. Subscriptions, trials and billing

WheelTheta costs $29 per month or $290 per year, in US dollars. A free trial requires a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the plan you chose and renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; WheelTheta never receives or stores your card details. Taxes may be added where required.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Because access is granted immediately and a free trial is offered before any charge, payments are non-refundable in whole or in part, including for unused time — except where a refund is required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, write to support@wheeltheta.com and it will be looked at.

7. Price changes

Prices may change. Any change takes effect at your next renewal and you will be told before it does, with enough notice to cancel first. A price already paid for a period is not changed during that period.

8. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, republish or redistribute the daily lists or any other subscriber content; do not share your account; do not attempt to circumvent the entitlement checks, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation; do not use WheelTheta to provide investment advice to others or to operate a competing service. Accounts doing any of these may be suspended or terminated.

9. Intellectual property

The software, the scoring model, the published lists and everything else on this site belong to WheelTheta. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while it is active, and nothing more. The positions and settings you enter remain yours.

10. Availability

WheelTheta is provided as is. No uptime is guaranteed. A daily scan may be delayed, incomplete or fail entirely — market data vendors go down, exchanges halt, and a scan that cannot produce an honest list will publish nothing rather than publish a bad one. Alerts depend on a monitoring pass running and on your device and browser accepting notifications, and must not be relied on as the sole trigger for any decision.

11. Third-party data

Prices, implied volatilities, earnings dates and corporate information come from third-party sources. They may be delayed, stale or wrong, and WheelTheta does not warrant their accuracy. Verify anything that matters with your own broker before acting on it.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WheelTheta disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No result, return or outcome is promised or implied. Past results, including the published paper record, do not predict future results.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WheelTheta is not liable for trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before it arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as the law allows.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify WheelTheta against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using WheelTheta at any time and delete your account from the settings page, which removes your data. WheelTheta may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unused prepaid period where it does so without cause.

16. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. Material changes will be notified before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use WheelTheta after a change means you accept it.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Arizona, and you and WheelTheta each consent to that jurisdiction.
